I completely agree...I book a cab...cab driver says give me cash...I have paytm wallet...I call the customer care to find out how to pay in cash and not get money deducted from my account...he says I should not give cash...when I ask him to call the driver and inform this...he says...we cant call as we have network issue and that I have to board the cab, call them and make them speak to the driver...

      sad part is it takes 20 minutes to reach a customer care executive...I finally had to cancel the booking and go for Uber...

    2. Same happened with me.
      A driver denied coming. But as he was the only driver nearby system sent the booking request to the same driver twice. First time I cancelled the booking but second time driver called and said he will cancel the booking, but I think he started the trip and drove. 70Rs were deducted from my PayTM against the same driver name.

  9. Very bakwas service one day it will be in consumer court with lot of complaint of misbehaviour. Even one rape case happend in TFScab in jodhpur due to uncontrolled drivers.

    3. I entirely agree,it was a nightmare travelling in TFS the driver refused the trip midway and wanted us to book again ( to increase his trip count maybe).Then started abusing for change and almost ended up in a brawl.Terrible experience.I never book on TFS after this.

  14. 1. worst app: they do not provide with sufficient information on the app or on internet about the estimated fare and there was also problem regarding coupon application and therefore they over charged me for that and didn't even considered the request to apply the first ride coupon after the journey.

    2. the driver was not at the pickup location and was busy on phone at that time for about 10 minutes. he later came to pick up after i called for about 5-8 times.

    3. the customer care after wasting my 45 min just gave me a mail id to complain and an assurance that i will be known about their enquiry over my problem within 24 hours for which they haven't replied yet and now after calling 10 days later their customer care person asked me to hold the call and i had to wait for 2 min before i hang us disappointed in them once again

Horrible service.had booked a taxi nd my whole family waited for 1 hour and in the end i got a apology msg for not being able to send the taxi.customer care people dont know how to handle a custome.Few names of customer care executive are amit, naushad,rohit.they disconnected the call while talking and put me on hold for half an hour.will sue this company for sure.this is not the way to treat your customer.

  22. this post is is regarding the booking no TFS-PP-C43875750

    1. after changing driver 2 times as they refused to conduct the trip, i was allotted 3rd driver but his cell was also switched off and so i called customer care, they ppl assured me for providing another cab in 15 mins time, but i never got any msg of or any CAB as well,

    2. being i was getting late i then booked a OLA cab and took a trip, but to my surprise when i logged in the TFS app for cancelling the trip, it showed me that it is in progress, without me travelling in that CAB, and soon i was billed as well taking money from my TFS credit.

    it is a matter of highly indisciplined working of TFS driver and customer care and needs a proper investigation by checking GPS data of the cab who is reporting false trip.

    i also request TFS to kindly credit me the amount being charged unlawfully.

    one more suggestion is that, to avoid such driver oriented FALSE trip, TFS may make provision of pass code entry for marking a ride start, which needs to be sent only to the customer and not the driver.

  25. Very bad service. I had done two bookings in the early morning 4;30. Once it was half an hour late, next time the cab was not available. Absolutely no control over their drivers and on top of that they send a message of no availability just 15 mins of pick-up time.
    Don't depend on Taxi For Sure for early mornings.

    Driver will demand for money even though it is deducted from PAY TM.

  35. Booked a cab for my relatives from mulund to sion... The driver charged 200/- more.. He took 527 instead of 327... I. Dint even get any msg from TFS of the amount when my relatives got off at sion. N they had to give 527 to the driver as we were not sure of the actual fare... Very bad experience..

Toll,prkg,tax extra. Track taxi: Track : http://tfs.my/6ETOZA . service tax extra. Minimum Fare is Rs. 49The driver picked us from Jaipur club , Ganpati nagar to and dropped at Jhotwara . Normally the charges for such journey is about ₹120/- he charged ₹284/- which was more than the double . Excess amount should be refunded or adjusted in our next trip . We expect an early action and a reply too
