I have purchased HP PAV 15-N019TU(5CD33663CQ) dated 7-nov-2013 from K.P INFOTECH bali nagar.I Have W8 installed in it and it get corrupteded in four months.I have visited customer support centre(JUBIL-RAJORI) And K.P INFOTECH but i m not at all satisfied with the service,i have recovery DVD'S with me but they are saying some files are missing in it.I m very annoyed with this behaviour of HP. Other Brands show really a good sevice support like SONY, LENOVO,ACER.
    i want original window8 in my laptop as soon as possible.waiting for your response

    I am very much fed-up & disappointed with your service & response. I continuously chasing & mailing you guys but no one is actually reverting I have recently purchased a new HP Laptop. HP Notebook - 15-ac026tx . As per instructions I tried to register for ADP (Accidental Damage Policy ) but somehow it did not accept, might be due blur invoice receipt or some other issue. We called in HP & tried to register it again as per executive's instructions but 2nd attempt also declined by system reason given due to multiple attempts.

    Now I am chasing HP over the phone & chat support since that day but didn't even receive any response, finally few days back after a long call with HP Executive (Tanmay) he suggested me to write a mail to at notebook@redemptionsupport.com.

    I just wanted to know that Is my product registered or not ? If not then please go ahead & register it on priority because its already been too late all required details are below. Its going to be already very late as well. I have multiple times sent documents at notebook@redemptionsupport.com.

I was registering for amazing diwali offer on the redemption support page.I had to pay rs 999.when i made the transaction it was succesful,however it didnt redirect back to the the redemption page.i thought the transaction was not processed and i performed the same step thrice.when it ended the same way i thought the money wasnt deducted ,but i saw rs 2997 were deducted.and all payments were made succesfully to redemption support .Kindly inform me who should i contact for refund of my money

  31. I used to believe that HP sells satisfactory products but now I think I've made a mistake by buying a HP product. And the biggest blunder was to call engineer from the authorized service center of HP. The matter is, I have a laptop which had the very normal heating problem, it used to shut down on it's own after a while. So i reported at the service center and some mr. jaspreet came to check the laptop. The guy turns out to be a complete amateur. Forget about the problem being resolved it's even worse now, the touch pad lock is broken, the screws are loose the entire thing shatters moreover the screen is double shaded, it's half green now. I'm highly irritated by this behaviour. As if it was not enough, now that I've been calling again since last four days nobody came to look at the laptop. I don't understand what next step should i take. Either you get the problem resolved or else I'm sorry but I'll have to go to the consumer court. Kindly look into the matter

  32. Purchased hp ab—031tx on 3rd November 2015 and on 28th November laptop died. It happened when my laptop was running normally and the battery was running low so i had to connect my charger suddenly laptop crashed and since then it is not switching on. It does'nt even charge nor the charging led glows. Now it lays around like a dumb piece of plastic. And I can't even replace this laptop as it has crossed the days (7 days from purchase). Really fed up with both these companies snapdeal and hp.

    I have recently purchased a new HP laptop HP 15-r253cl. I am facing issue while connecting to WiFi. It is able to detect the WiFi device and once I connect to the device using my credentials it will show message as - No or Limited internet access. However WiFi will be working correctly and my other devices connected to Wifi are also working.
    Please help me with this asap because I am not able to access internet through the laptop.

    I believed HP is a huge Brand when it comes the Laptop and the most liked & sold brand as well. The after sales service of HP is really good, HP doesn't abandon their customers if they experience any problem, They go out of their way to help their customers in every way .

    To be honest with you even I believed in this MYTH may be that is the reason I chose HP over Dell . But I now realized I made a MISTAKE to choose HP. I regret my decision on trusting this brand. I have been complaining about the problem that I am experiencing with the newly purchased Laptop for almost a month to only realise that I am breaking my head on a wall.

    HP has given me totally different picture of itself and made me experience the most pathetic customer service and after sales service. The proof is attached with the mail. Conversation with your representative and please do listen to it to feel proud that how excellently you have trained your employees to avoid the call and hang up. This Rep tried to avoid me and misdirect me so many times.

    I have been repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again that since day 1 my laptop is not working properly . I have done all sort of troubleshooting that was asked by your technical rep. Found no resolution, later I was informed a tech guy will give a visit to see what the problem is. That person called me to tell he will come to see the laptop but did not turn up. I missed my day at work as I was desperate to resolve the laptop issue . I have invested 54000 for laptop and 3498 for the accessories but I feel I have wasted it. I did not get value for my money, I feel HP doesn't bother for their customer thinking we as a company have got the money then what to help the customer right ?

    I am sure service for Dell would have been much better as my friends are using the Dell Laptop and have given good reviews . But HP they warned but still I had faith in you people. But after talking to the representative i was highly disappointed.

    I not only want my laptop to be replaced but I also want HP to compensate me for the mental harassment I have been put through by your company. Compensate me for wasting my time in calling the tech team and waiting for the visit. For the Loss of Pay I have bared just because your rep said he will visit and which was a complete lie. For the way your rep's have treated me on phone.

    Also keep in mind my extended warranty has been initialized on this laptop which needs to be moved to the replaced laptop. I hope you won't trouble me for that.
