Mumbai Local Railway Helpline Numbers

There are some important helpline numbers of Mumbai Local Railway. Mumbai Suburban Railway(Locals) is the lifeline of Mumbai people. It is operated by Indian Railways. There are two zones Western Railways(WR) and Central Railway(CR). Mumbai Local has three lines Western Line, Central Line and Harbour Line. Harbour Line is part of Central Railways.

  3. Travelling from Mira Road is a problem. We do not get to enter the trains in the mornings and even if we get to enter the trains towards churchgate we get smashed in the trains and we get more than free massage which keeps our bones shaking and also more and more suffocation. In addition more and more people are keeping their bags on their shoulders which occupy space in front of them and back of them. If people catch their bags in their hands or hang it it would be better as there would be more and more space for standing and we would be not travelling like animals.

    I am travelling from Mansarovar to Vashi by Harbour line since last 5 years specifically using Ladies special monrning time 8.57 from Mansarovar. But recently we heart from various sources that central railway is going to change the timing for all trains of Harbour Line. And specifically for Ladies special its original time from Panvel is 8.50 a.m. which will change as 8.24 a.m. This is very surprising to make the alteration of nearby half an hour as earlier it was for 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

    So I am requesting you to please keep this ladies special as it is and you can plan additional between 8 to 8.30.

    By hearing this news we became very frightened that how we will travel continue by general train because this trains maximum get packed upto kharghar station.

    So requesting you to please take the necessary action for our humble request.

  5. So.bad ..I am Sachin torane ..traveling ..11.32 PM asangoan to Kalyan train on dated 26-04-2016 with family.. When I come on Kalyan Station.. That time motorman not stop train on Kalyan Station... Mi and my family so scared.. And my family pull the train stop chain.. Than after end of station ..train will be stop...and middle of station.. My family ...left from train.. That is so bad...then after we are going to launch a complaint to Kalyan Station Master.. But there no response.. Please inquiry about that ...and do for justice..   7. There is an issue in harhour line people get into first without ticket and there r no tc check so they come and sit in ladies first class couch pls give us the complain no where we can complain where tc can come on the next station

  8. In harbour line peopke enter in first class without tickets and there r no tc checks so people come easily in first class pls give us a helpline ticket where in we can inform tc if passengers enter the first class without ticket

  9. Would like to complaint against the station manager Mr.Sudharshan Khurrana of vashi railway station for his inappropriate behaviour and for being rude to a customer.Rather understanding the problem he started telling me that I was very rude my behavior is a problem

Today my friend wants to traval from airoli to thane and thane to pune, previously the availability of ticket from airoli station for travals any where like pune or nashik but today in between 6:45 to 7:00 am when my friend ask 2 ticket for pune from thane station he does not give it, why he not give ticket if these facility was close then why and when it was closed, if not close then take immediatly action on that person who work at ticket counter inbetween 6:45 to 7:00 am.

I am Ajay Vanage daily travelling kalyan station to ghatkopar i observe last 2 months mostly fast train(7:56, 08:04 8:10, 08:14 kalyan Timing ) stop Diva Station, before tunnel Mumbra So above mention train touch Ghatkopar 15 to 20 miniutes late 70 to 80 percentage observre between this period contact Ghatkpar platform no 1 CST side office no body dont why train late
    Now central railway done megha block date Sunday 2 Oct. and 9 Oct 2016 but Next day Monday and tuesday train late ghatkopar touch ( Next day ka train late hote kam hot nahi ka

    Today date 10 Oct kalyan to Thana 55 minutes , train stop (08:14 kalyan time) 20 to 30 minutes
    (Marathi Languag words : Tumi kay karta kay kashi karta tumala mahiti train ka stop hote konalach mahit nahi tum chya mule office la client kade jayal ushir SIR (Boss) konich vishwas tevat nahi
    Kadhi thambel he sagal gardi madhe PUBLIC marte tumi nahi

  14. Every Sunday I experience that for 7:26 PM (at Goregaon) Fast Local there is no prior announcement regarding on which platform it will arrive (i.e. on Platform Ni. 4 or Platform No. 2.
    The Indicator also doesn't display the Train till the last moment.
    After experiencing this many times I would like to bring it to the notice of concerned Officials that they need to look into it & ensure that this doesn't continue.

  15. 14.46 Virar Church gate fast train was scheduled on Nalasopara platform 4 on 27th Oct 2016. Without any announcement made train was pushed to Platform 2 at the said time however indicator on platform 4 was still showing this train.
    The only train after this is at 14.59 Virar to Borivali.
    Indicator on the 2nd bridge south side does not show any information.
    Huge unrest was there in passengers but I guess Diwali week stopped them from showing their anger.
    This is a regular issue in Nalasopara where trains are moved from 1 to 3, 2 to 4 and vice versa very frequently without any intimation or very short intimation

Travelling form CST to Ghatkopar by Kalyan Fast train 5.22 depatrture time from Platform No 6, The compartment reserved for Senior Citizens is filled by all and sundry below 55 years and there is no place for r. Citizens. Will the authorities keep an Officer in plain clothes to take corrective action and allow Seniors to sit in peace.....
